Vernon has blown my mind this far. What an amazing place. This residence is amazing. So interesting and beautiful. The city has so much to offer. Restaurants, coffee shops and the arts. My God, the arts scene here.
I’ve met so many nice, interesting people and the support for arts here is incredible. The Art Centre is amazing. I’ve taken glass and pottery classes so far and done drop-in sessions for both as well. They’re so helpful and accommodating.
I've enjoyed having the residency to myself so far and have settled into my studio. Been interviewed by the Centre, attended their First Friday last week.
